+55 Club: Nordic Pole Walk & Social

An instructor will be providing nordic poles for all participants. We will go out for a walk and instruction session on this fitness phenomena. We will have coffee afterward in the Clubhouse.  Join us!Everyone welcome who wants to try it out.  FREE
