CLUBHOUSE DETAILS

The Elbow Park Residents Association Clubhouse is located at 800 - 34 Ave SW Calgary. The Clubhouse has two areas available for rent:

1. THE HALL Bright, spacious room lined with windows overlooking our park and tennis courts. The room can accommodate up to 150 people depending on seating arrangements. The room measures approx. 60 ft x 30 ft (~1800 sq.ft). Includes the use of the kitchen, chairs, and tables
2. THE BOARD ROOM The room features two large windows looking out to the park and works well for a meeting of 8-10 people around the board table. The room measures approx. 20 ft x 12 ft (240 sq. feet).

• Access to the kitchen is available with each rental
• Rentals are limited to Elbow Park residents who are members of the Elbow Park Residents Association
• Rentals end at 10:00pm

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL RATES

Child's Birthday Party Booking times are between 12:00pm to 8:00pm and subject to availability.

• Up to 2 hours - $250 plus $100 cleaning
• 2 to 5 hours - $500 plus $150 cleaning
• 5 to 8 hours - $800 plus $150 cleaning

Adult Event Booking times are between 12:00pm and 10pm and subject to availability.

• Up to 5 hours - $500 plus $150 cleaning
• 5 to 8 hours - $800 plus $150 cleaning

For Clubhouse rental requests, please email clubhouse@elbowpark.com with the following details:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The event date
• The event time of day
• The type of event (child or adult)
• If you are a resident of Elbow Park
• If you require use of the kitchen
