Clubhouse Rentals

The EPRA Clubhouse is a multi-purpose community hub and serves as a place for Elbow Park’s 1200 residents to connect.

The Clubhouse is located at 800 - 34 Ave SW Calgary and overlooks a large park, tennis courts, skating rinks, and playing fields. The Clubhouse was recently updated and features modern conveniences including access from the kitchen to the main hall.

Fees and Information

Given the needs of the residents who live near the Clubhouse, all rental periods end at 10:00pm.

Adult Event

  • Up to 2 hours - $250 plus $100 cleaning

  • 2 to 5 hours - $500 plus $150 cleaning

  • 5 to 8 hours - $800 plus $150 cleaning

Child Event

  • Up to 5 hours - $500 plus $150 cleaning

  • 5 to 8 hours - $800 plus $150 cleaning

  • Bright, spacious room lined with windows overlooking our park and tennis courts. The room can accommodate up to 150 people depending on seating arrangements. The room measures approx. 60 ft x 30 ft (~1800 sq.ft). Rental includes the use of the kitchen, chairs, and tables.

  • This room features two large windows looking out to the park and works well for a meeting of 8-10 people around the board table. The room measures approx. 20 ft x 12 ft (~240 sq.ft).

  • All Clubhouse rentals have access to our kitchen. There is a large commercial refrigerator, two microwaves, two ranges, and two dishwashers. Our goal was to make it easy to host an event so the kitchen is stocked with wine and drinking glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, pots, serveware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, drink dispenser, etc All areas are fully accessible.
