This meeting is for any homeowner that holds a restrictive covenant (2601GF) on their property and would like to understand more about what this means and determine what course of action you would like to take as an individual or as a group.
This is in relation to the application made by Veranda Estate Homes Inc to relax the restrictive covenant on 3832 - 11 St SW. You received a package in the mail from Reich Law in regard to this matter.
An overview of the issue, question period and a decision on course of action will be discussed at the meeting.
